Hodge Hill Community Food Club Lockdown Update

All those who have visited the food club in the last 6 weeks have received an email. If you try to pre-book or turn up at the food club, we cannot let you inside the building from Thursday.

Please see the email on instructions on how we are moving forwards to ensure you can still access the wide range of food available.

A new pre-book called 'Lockdown Visit' is now active, for those who cannot use the click and collect.

If you cannot access your emails and want to use the click and collect:

Make a connection to the website.


(1) Place an order via the click and collect, and receive a confirmation email.

(2) Once your order is ready to collect, you shall receive a receipt.

(3) Pre Book to collect your order.

(4) Collect your order.

Each collection shall be separated by 15 minutes.

Any problems contact the phone number on your welcome email attached PDF.

We do however have several who cannot access the internet, or access the form for those who cant access the service. The order process is slightly different.

(1) On arrival subject to social distancing, each person will be given a laminated order form.

(2) Choose their own items.

(3) A volunteer shall collect and bag or box the order.

All new registrations for the service from today shall be placed on our waiting list. We are now at maximum capacity with the safe time we have available to deliver the service.

If any member fails to attend consecutively, we shall send an invite to the next in the cue.
